      Profit sharing , Cottages, paid vacation, flex hours ,training team building

      Cons

      Shift changes to often Cant forecast sale for the production teams to save there lives. Glacier slow in making the most simplest of decisions, Promote very unskilled people to management positions. Like to think thiat the decisions are made in Brantford but the leadership is are just puppets to Racine
