Team. I enjoyed my job because I have great people around me, they are my friends and almost a family. Experience. You may be involved in some unique project with high level of projec management, anyway this is a company with very clear goals and strategy. Busines practices - high standards.

Unclear rewarding system Sometimes decision made once and there is no will to see opportunities in implementing changes
