      salary, work life balance, great employee camaraderie, challenging work

      Cons

      there was a change in management, which led to a change in culture. reorganization brought many SCJ people out of their jobs globally. most people who were left chose to leave. career growth was granted to external hires than to those who worked at SCJ for years.

      Great coworkers and benefits. Scj as a company has treated their employees great, especially throughout Covid.

      Cons

      The 12 hour shifts are a killer for any parent with kids. The turnover on Managers and Supervisors are very high, they come in with a business strategy and then 6 months later, a new one comes along and does a 180 on the whole thing. They hire externally and they come in on their high horse and turn everything around that you were working hard on.
