Good environment and people. Decent benefits.

Cons

No flexibility with working remote. Stuck in old-school thinking that everyone should be in the office. Losing good talent to other companies with flexibility and better pay.

Competitive Starting Salaries, family values and sustainability focus, profit sharing

Cons

Promotions from within are incredibly hard, salary increases are awful, senior management is unwilling to listen to employees, causes the organization to be stuck in the 90s with very outdated policies and benefits. If you work at a satellite office you are treated differently than Racine based employees.
