      The few decent folks still left. Starting pay is OK for the area.

      Needlessly political. Brain drain due to massive layoffs and cuts. Terrible leadership. Rampant cronyism. Weak merit increases. “Profit sharing day.” No investment or innovation in core business units. Disgruntled manufacturing workforce.
