Cons

The Waxdale location lacks a strong HR department and strong recruiters. The recruiters don't know how to properly vet out ideal candidates. They will turn away candidates that have years of experience and are a great culture fit, but then hire individuals who fall asleep on the production line. The overall hiring process is absolutely terrible and lacks any sort of efficiency.
