Pros

Good pay, industry leading. If you want an office job, they will make you come in 5 days a week.

Cons

No flexibility to work from home or anywhere else. The CEO is anti DEI. Openly said his name will never be on anything LGBTQ. Donates heavily to conservative organizations. Businesses are all doing poorly and leadership doubles down on old ideas and mindsets.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Please note that our Flex Work Policy provides the opportunity for team members in eligible roles to work remotely once per week. Our Managers also support their team members whenever possible to balance unique occasions for flexibility as they arise. At SCJ, we have zero tolerance for discrimination or harassment based on race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, culture, ethnicity, age or ability. Because we make decisions with careful consideration for the environment and the families who use our products, we recognize that at times, it may feel as though we aren’t moving fast enough. We believe in committing the necessary time and effort to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure we’re meeting customers’ needs and delivering the appropriate strategies, programs and solutions for our business.

Pros

Pays well if you’ve been there long enough

Cons

The turn around of employees should tell you something is wrong, this is not the same company it used to be, they continue to take away and not give, have a ridiculous way of giving raises based on an entire dept rather than individuals, it’s impossible to move to a normal work/life balance when you’re stuck on back shifts or take a pay cut to move to 1st, newer employees stuck at same pay with minimal raises but asked to do the same job as higher tier employees, and management? From the top down? where do I begin 👎

Pros

Lots of perks unrelated to job: a week off between Christmas and New Years, camping sites, discounted even tickets.

Cons

The volume of work is unmanageable. It is a high stress environment, with little support from management. Lots of finger pointing.
