Pros

Strong benefits program for Racine based employees which includes recreation facility, child care services, and off site meeting space for business and personal use.

Cons

Culture is changing to very aggressive performance based with short term business objectives. Leaders are in a state of flux due to a lack of actionable consumer insights and product innovation which meets today's consumer needs.

Pros

The pay and profit sharing is about all that remains at this company that is good. Staff that works days and management get unlimited sick time. If you enjoy being constantly hounded to do more everyday and be put on projects that need to be completed in an amount of time that is not really feasible, love paperwork and forms, like to spend time in meetings, this is the place for you.

Cons

New "Lean" program is killing this company. Moral is at its lowest in 20 years. Since the lean "transformation" this company is losing excellent, experienced people because of all the extra, and senseless work they are demanding from its employees. Slow to hire people in key positions so constantly running short is a big problem causing big time burn out. Management does not care about its employees anymore. Since Sam died, the company has been on a downward spiral. Work life balance may exist if you are a day staff person, or management but if you are in manufacturing plant, forget it. Between all the "lean" tools that are supposed to make our job easier, you have loaded your staff with so much "garbage" to do and paperwork that we have no time to concentrate on the job we were hired to do. Unless you have a degree, forget moving up in this company. They won't even look at you for a promotion to even the most menial day position unless you have a degree.

Pros

Benefits are good, but changing. Very good work life balance. Great collegues and culture of helping each other.

Cons

Currently undergoing restructuring, and company culture is being seriously impacted. Not the same place to work as in the past. Very little structure, seems that work get done by whom you know. Some leaders are going from 30,000 ft level to -10 ft, which paralyzes the organization and results in trust issues.
