Our leaders and HR representatives maintain an open-door policy and are available to listen to concerns anytime. Within the UK, we also have a grievance procedure that is available for all employees to raise complaints and concerns they may experience in the workplace and it ensures these claims can be investigated fully and independently to address any allegations made.
