SCA Health reviews

SCA is a company that truly cares about their values, their teammates, and the effect onto the world. They offer great benefits, culture is great, and they are continuing to grow. When I first came to this office, I came when the office was small and we were past maximum capacity, business was booming and our infrastructure was not where it should be. But in as little as one year, we have doubled in space, gained a new system to help efficiency, and have shown they want what is best for the teammate.

When you work for SCA you choose to work for a company that lives its values. I became apart of the bigger picture. SCA knows that they are still growing and working to become the best., but they give employees all the resources they need to be apart of the growth. They treat employees with respect and you are held to standards that make you want to be not only a better employee, but a better person. I have meet all levels of leaderships and have had many opportunities to speak with leadership about my questions and concerns. If their office door is open and they have time they are happy to speak with you. Everyone wants to make sure that you are interested in your job and working towards your personal goals. Working for SCA is an opportunity that I am glad I did not pass up.
