Management style is not good, they do not like to help or answer questions. Lack of formal classroom training from qualified people is lacking, trained by Reps that do not have time to train because they are too focused on making production goals. They will write you up before your 90 day probation period is up. Reps like to gossip and keep trouble going, they will throw you under the bus if they do not care for you on a personal level, the management team believes them because they cannot afford to lose them, there was too much turnover for such a short period of time.
