      Many hardworking, talented employees striving for excellent clinical outcomes.

      Cons

      Values are secondary to most senior executives; many more corporate roles are moving to Deerfield in the future.

      Pros

      Seemingly great culture and high performance values. Some wonderful people and fantastic clinical quality. Growing quickly.

      Cons

      Terribly high turnover and burn out rate. It was surprising how quickly the finger would be pointed at someone and firings would occur. Not a long term place of employment for most.

Majority of teammates offering to assist and support each others job functions and working to developing efficient processes 4. SCA recognizes and reinvests in their performers

      1. don't consider SCA if your looking to go to pasture, its a heavy workload as expected with any growing company.
