When you work for SCA you choose to work for a company that lives its values. I became apart of the bigger picture. SCA knows that they are still growing and working to become the best., but they give employees all the resources they need to be apart of the growth. They treat employees with respect and you are held to standards that make you want to be not only a better employee, but a better person. I have meet all levels of leaderships and have had many opportunities to speak with leadership about my questions and concerns. If their office door is open and they have time they are happy to speak with you. Everyone wants to make sure that you are interested in your job and working towards your personal goals. Working for SCA is an opportunity that I am glad I did not pass up.

Cons

As many things as SCA does right they are not perfect. They are working on improving all the areas they need to improve and are growing accordingly.

Pros

Decent pay, most of the team knows what they are doing. Bonuses every quarter if you reached the managers goal, not sure if they still do this.

Cons

Long hours, lots of OT, terrible management, no formal training. Many systems but you get a day training and thrown out on your own.
