      Pros

      SCA has a strong culture that permeates its corporate offices and facilities across the country. Everyone is very friendly, and the spirit of teamwork and collaboration is best in class. Terrific place to work if you're interested in healthcare. The company is growing rapidly, which provides plenty of opportunities for people across the enterprise to take on more responsibility and advance their careers. Flat organization with direct access to senior management, even for lower level employees.
