Rarely know when or where you will work until 5 pm the night before. Definite favoritism for certain people for vacation time. Many lazy coworkers who sit back and others get work done instead. Management not easily approachable about problems, or when things get reported they just shrug and say we need to step up for ourselves to resolve problems.
There is no management overseeing supplies, stock, or linen. Instead the nurses are required to keep up with it and get blamed if stock runs low, etc.
Constantly understaffed, yet continued high volume of patients with the expectation of sucking it up and getting the work done regardless.
Very clique-y in types of workers they hire. Tend to hire only people they personally know, or family members, so extreme conflict of interest.
