Starts off nice. Pay Exceptional. Nice outings. Nice facility. On site cafeteria with amazing food. Pto. Nice bonuses. No room for advancement unless someone gets fired

Cons

Sneaky management. When is bonus time required to complete a “confidential management review” and turn it in personally to the managers best friend. Rude employees. Employees are nice at first but become a nightmare later. Most nurses do not want to include office personnel in job functions and treat them less than. Rules are frequently bent or changed by business manager. Never a straight path on your expectations

Teammates deliver excellent work and strive to improve the level of care at facilities. There is a real sense of commitment within the team itself and certain teammates are very knowledgeable on their areas.

Cons

Leadership changes constantly and no solid direction on improvements. Leaders are too hesitant to push back on strategies if they don't make sense. Leaders are fine with taking whichever path makes the least amount of work for them regardless of impact to others on their team. Do not expect someone to support you if you aren't one of the top 3 performers.
