      bottom line is profit for MDs. No regard for patient safety. Dangerous staffing levels

      Pros

      Most of the people (non-management) are wonderful hard working people. We support each other when management has no regard for us. Their only goal is that the surgeons make as much money as possible.

      Cons

      Long days, no breaks, no encouragement. Exhausting days with no concern for employee.

      Flexible work schedule, great teammates, immediate management was good

      Cons

      Priority is in making profit no surprise, not staff or patient's wellbeing. Culture fosters doctors treating staff poorly staff size is usually small so it is awkward to report unprofessional behavior.

      Pros

      If you are in with management you will be taken care of. Stay on their good side and you are good.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible. They will sell you an employee focused company but it’s not true at all. Management gangs up on employees they don’t like and don’t even think about promotions. Raises are a joke and as much as they say they want your feedback….they DO NOT if it is against management. Lots of bullying and retaliation even if you reach out for help with those issues.
