      Pros

      Leadership is trying to make this company, THE company to work for. Every teammate matters, and every teammate is appreciated.

      Cons

      The pay is lower than most competitors but benefits that include telecommuting and generous PTO help counteract that. The worst part of working here is the revolving door which creates a lot of extra work for those who stay.

      Cons

      I was illegally fired and I contacted their compliance which was a waste of time. Administrator lied right to my face. They called you after hours about patients and text you. I would never go or recommend these types of centers to have surgery.

      Working with the centers is what makes it worth it

      Cons

      management is HORRIBLE. Plays favorites. Extremely underqualified. "Sit down be quiet and keep your mouth shut"! Leadership is chosen based on who your friends with and not your accomplishments, education, and leadership abilities.
