Learned the ins and outs of an Ambulatory Surgery Center

Cons

There are numerous reasons to consider not working for this organization. The leadership is absent . There is no support for the employees at the centers so the turnover is extremely high. The management does not respect work-life balance. The company does not invest in time to train clinical staff and therefore puts clinical excellence and quality at risk. The culture and environment is a toxic place to work.
