Pros

The company parties and events and “most” co-workers are a delight but this doesn’t help pay the bills or help advance hopes of career growth.

Cons

Management and top management are awful who only promotes and gives fair, decent raises to those who they consider favorites. I have only seen a handful of those who truly deserve promotions and recognition for their true hard work and contributions otherwise you can just expect a 1% raise and forget ever getting promoted if you’re not considered a “favorite”. All of the managers gang up together as well and so if you rub anyone of them the wrong way, get ready to be ostracized. Training programs are a joke as well. A truly unprofessional place due to the tone at the top. Run away FAST from this place. They will sell you false expectations during interview and then you quickly discover the awful truth behind the smokescreens from day one of working there. For example, great job flexibility is offered, but the truth is far from that! If you ask management for flexibility as promised, they will quickly frown upon you and add you to their list of disliked employees resulting in the future of your whole career being dead at SCA. So do not believe their false gimmicks they state that makes them a great place to work at. A truly HARD lesson learned the HARD way for me. Save yourself your time, EFFORTS, and sanity and I highly recommend to not work here. Thank GOODNESS for Glass Door where people can know the TRUTH!

Pros

I recieved a paychecks No need to worry about working here for much longer, all the jobs are slowly being sent to India. (I am sure Management will deny that though)

Cons

This place makes big promises that always fall through. They "sale" you with their new changes and try to make them sound great. When all reality they are awful and hurt the employees. They pride themselves in their values but don't hold leadership, specialists and Rep2's to those standards. If you aren't kissing someone's butt you won't get anywhere. You can't say what you feel or you will be retaliated against and HR won't do anything about it. Getting a raise or even the quarterly bonus is pretty much impossible. They do anything and everything to not pay you what you deserve. SCA wants out with the old and in with the new so they can brainwash them into their ways. Its like highschool but only getting paid. Team lead slept with multipe members of management on more then one occasion and the other person was fired while the Team Lead went on and got big recognition for something else. That's just one of many examples. SCA is big on drilling in the wrong personalities traits and making you become someone you are not. I do NOT reccomend this place.

Pros

Remote work is the only benefit

Cons

- work life balance The award for work place mental health is smoke and mirrors. The work load constantly increases. Managers tell you “this isn’t normal” meanwhile adding more to your plate -growth and improvement No such thing. You’re basically thrown to the wolves. And when you don’t meet the metrics you’re fired faster than you were hired. No opportunity for improvement plans. Or given a path to redemption. - team support One of the promises of employment is “take your vacation, we have plenty of team mates to cover your facilities while you are out” ….. lies, lies, and more lies. It’s all about the numbers for this group. You don’t have time for vacations, and neither do your team mates. Managers will ask your team mates to help you, but that’s where the support stops. The only way to get ahead is to burn the candle at both ends and hope you stay sane. Don’t expect to be treated like a human, you’re a robot expected to get as many physicians on the payroll as fast as possible.
