Physicians and nurses care greatly for the patients and overall satisfaction.

Cons

Implemented a new billing system Feb 2018, administration doesn't seem to care that it doesn't work properly. Billing staff are having to re-work accounts regularly and multiple times, and claims are being sent incorrectly to payers. Patients receive statements late and they're incorrect. It's embarrassing, this department wants to do a better job but doesn't receive the support it needs.

Pros

Provide excellent support to their facilities. SCA is transparent and truly embodies their values. Teamwork Accountability Integrity Service Excellence Continuous Improvement Clinical Quality Pay is appropriate and they have a full line up of benefits including immediate eligibility for truly affordable health insurance.

Cons

Raises are minimal. Management does their best to allocate the allotment according to job performance, but again, it is a minimal amount they have to work with usually.

Pros

Awesome, knowledgeable team. A ton of hardworking people and amazing upper management. I’ve seen some pretty awful reviews of this place, but I have to assume they’ve been posted by some of the immature crowd who enjoy throwing tantrums (I mean, just take a look at some of the grammar and make your own decision). Great opportunities (so much growth!!!). Amazing recognition/appreciation. If you truly live the SCA Values, it will never go unnoticed.

Cons

Middle management leaves something to be desired. A brand new set of leads that need a lot of work when it comes to prioritizing and motivating employees. Great people with hearts in the right place, but need help from upper management to develop into successful leads. Could improve the hiring process. Onboarding has greatly improved, but we still end up with employees that don’t always exemplify our Values or have the necessary qualifications. Immaturity runs rampant through the office, and oftentimes feels like a high-school cafeteria. Compensation could be much better. Raises are small and slow-moving. There is typically no negotiating for higher pay when accepting a new, higher position within the company.
