Beautiful city, love working with the students, some parents are active in the educational process, enjoyed working with my co-workers. This district has so much potential!

Cons

Nepotism, Nepotism, Nepotism. Did I mention Nepotism? I was born and raised in Savannah, however if you are not a sorority sister or related to members in the administration (school based and 208 Bull), then you may find promotability and your livelihood challenging while employed here.

I liked some of the teachers I worked with.

Cons

As a whole, the district is unorganized, and they show no support for the faculty and staff at the schools. The only time they seem to show concern for anyone's well being is when a parent complains or the media has eyes on them.
