Pros
If you can work in one of the better schools you will get more support. Savannah is a nice city to be in.
Cons
If you work for one of the more poorer schools expect that you will not get much support, that proper staffing will most likely be evident, and that simple needs such as books, computers, desks, etc will be an ongoing need. Different schools definitely get treated differently and better...I hate to say it but there is favoritism. Unfortunately the surrounding counties are a little bit better and so families do move so their children can go to them
