Working with children, predictable schedule and days off, working with colleagues

Cons

Teachers are the scape goats, all administrators care about is data, lack of resources, incompetent administrators who provide no teacher support.

Good health benefits, consistent hours, teachers get many breaks & vacation time, coworkers are great and feel like family

Cons

Not a lot of support for students with poor behaviors. Deal with behaviors more than teaching. Would like more technology in the classroom.
