Living in Savannah, which is beautiful.

Cons

-Reserve pay is held from each check, which is not communicated at time of accepting the position . -Leave time has to be accrued. If you are a new employee and get sick with no accrued leave, you must take leave without pay. -Salaried employees have to clock in and out for the day and for lunch. -There is very little consideration given to employees having family obligations.

Higher salary than surrounding counties, some of the schools (mainly in the outlying towns) are really excellent schools

Cons

Chaos in all directions from administration - from direct school admin up to Levett, no one really knows what’s going on at any time.
