Management • All family or friends • Very cliquish • Managers often violate Harassment laws with employees trying to help from HR only for HR to try to deflect the situation. • If a friend or family applies for a position you need not apply • HR shills for incompetent managers • If you bring up a problem prepare for Management to get rid of you. • If your in a department where friends or family have lower seniority schedule bidding will stop. Benefits • Management rarely takes care of there employees since the sons took over. • Barely any bonuses • Everyone starts out at $10.00 hourly but still wants you to do more work than the other guy getting paid the same amount. • Benefits only cover yourself not family Bedbugs • SCR has bedbugs in both the vehicles and call centers • Management has someone come in and spray once he only came in and sprayed in a closet. Promises of more money • SCR has wrote memos promising more money to us but never delivered • SCR claims one person handled looking into raises for everyone but he died and they will have someone else look into it. • It's been a year and a half since that last memo

You drive 4-5 hours before you can even get a bathroom break. Dispatchers go on their breaks with no one replacing them so you have no one to contact if you need them to contact a client, if you have a question or need any help. The owners do not care about the drivers just their profits. You only get a 30 min break and have to take it wherever you are at in the city or the suburbs or downtown. Dispatchers can be very rude as well as the clients. So you are caught in the middle. Be prepared to be yelled at or cursed at by clients because you got there late and it wasn't your fault. Your dispatcher added late trips and made you do them. They will add trips and push your lunch back by hours. Very low pay for a lot of responsibility. You have to pick up mentally challenged people with no supervision and some are violent or will run when they get out the van and you are responsible. Also have to push wheelchairs up and down a ramp and people weigh an average of 250lbs. You have to work 6 days a week in order to make anything close to almost decent money. They monitor you on the in- van camera and write you up for lots of things. If something bad happens with a client, no one will come out to assist you. The dispatcher will tell you one thing to do then the coordinator will tell you something different. But you can still get in trouble. This was the worse job I ever had. This company has an extremely high turnover rate.
