in the past, perfect place to work, family atmosphere, fun company events, lots of comradery, good benefits, managers cared about employees

Cons

since the merger with LMG, the company has gone downhill, no more comradery for the most part, very few fun events, focus is now a big company not caring about the employees. really sad to see a great place to work go to a place where you feel like a number rather than a person.
