The people are the best group that I've ever worked with. I have been blown away with the collaboration and quality of people. Hard working, intelligent, driven. It's a deep industry and the company is focused on a variety of products, which keeps it fun and rewarding.

Cons

It's a busy company! A lot going on. But its reward. You feel like you've accomplished something meaningful, but there are endless "good" priorities to work on. So it requires someone that is good at prioritization and keeping their balance in check.
