      Pros

      Fantastic group of professionals that have been supporting key Navy NavSea and NUWC programs and projects. Just awarded a large new key program. Management is open and transparent and focused in people and delivering high quality products. The benefits are amazing. Highest 401k I’ve seen in my past 15 years of professional work. Puts government benefits to shame.

      Cons

      Not much to in the way of cons. The company just completed a complete renovation of our spaces. Can always improve communication.
