Great employees who care about the work they do. Welcomed me into the company with open arms

the new CEO is out of touch with what is going on at this place. Pay below the industry standard and they're actively cutting benefits. no work from home flexibility. lots of questionable decisions from leadership. Company is lacking a strategic vision, no core values, no focus on employee well being.
