      3 days off is decent

      Cons

      This place gets worse to work at every year. “World class company” but not world class pay. Bring your pet to work for office workers is pretty silly. Morale is at an all time low. Can’t keep production workers, severely shorthanded….I wonder why No accountability I could go on and on

      Good guys on the floor and even a few of the supervisors. No swing shift

      Middle and upper management are out of touch with the day to day in production.

      Terrible Company That is Going Downhill Fast

      Pros

      I liked the flexibility of remote work and pay was pretty good for the area.

      Cons

      SLT and overall management is just bad. I plan on quitting soon. This company has lost a ton of great talent over the past year because this company does not value talented and hardworking people, instead they reward those who meet their "culture" (example: Bryne)... Avoid this company at all costs, you can thank me later.
