Steady income, they pay for college.

Cons

Low pay. Raises are poor. Expectations increase and remain high while at minimum pay. Production Management doesn’t act on much. It’s just all about production.

Benefits are nice paid pension and company matched 401k.

Cons

Wages aren't up to par with the amount of work and responsibilities on the production floor. Upper management totally clueless about the day to day operations on the shop floor. Serious lack of man power high turnover rate.
