Busy office, fast work, management could be better

-good hourly pay for what it is + tips -flexible if you have a 2nd job or school

Cons

-very fast paced, sometimes overbooked. Call center and receptionists in office book appointments, but not sure why this is still an issue. -no clear way to move up in the company. Training is not paid for botox and fillers. The nurse injector that you shadow is only in town for 2 days of the month and can only let 1 nurse shadow at a time. -repetitive work -will pressure you to go into work sick. What is the point of having sick time?

Friendly staff, hours are great for work life balance

Cons

Calendar management is horrible, patients are booked back to back with minimal down time for RN. Customer service based, so pt will show up 20-30min late for appt and as an RN are expected to accommodate with a packed schedule. Value customer experience and reviews over staff. COVID protocol could be enforced better. Policies state no additional guests at appointment but many times kids were allowed to come. Should require COVID tests for treatment for the safety of workers, I’ve had many patients state they traveled, and hung out at parties.
