Pros

SGS helps in every resume. There is every day the opportunity to work with important clients, work on new projects.

Cons

The main problem is the bad management, the core activities are increasingly outsourced. The salary level is unacceptable, no benefits or compensations for the major part of the employees.

Cons

Absence of uniform policies and practices leading to lack of local governance and cohesion. Very poor selection of local leader in Singapore.
