      Lack of good leadership from upper management, shortsighted and doesn't know how to people manage. Dictatorship management style.

      Give people impression as if you are working in a big and good company. Chinese culture, mostly hire China Chinese, not recommend for local. Welcome if you think you can fit into China culture.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and people management skill for most of the department managers. Newbies tend to leave within the first 3 months. Join at your own risk
