-networking opportunities with hundreds of partners -exposure to almost every aspect of IT -uncapped commission -hires mostly young people so can be a great way to meet friends

Cons

-40k base salary for all sales, 50k for enterprise -commercial org is not mature and has constant changes in resources and leadership -a lot of your success will come from if leaders like you and you get lucky with a low quota account that wants to spend more -No equity, bare minimum 401k match

Great Early - Mid Career Experience

Great place to start if your looking to get into the tech sales industry. Lots of learning opportunities and skill building can be done here. Sales training program is solid. Mostly everyone is here to be a winner and the environment breeds professional/personal growth. Great work life balance.

Cons

Can be disorganized - lots of partners coming into office and shoving product information in your face.
