      Pros

      SHI provides a young and energetic culture to work in. At times, it may seem like a frat house or club, but that's what makes it fun. Free lunches provided by suppliers!

      Cons

      Competition among co-workers is extremely high. If you expect to survive, you will take your work home and work long extra hours. EXTRA LONG! Managers don't care much! They encourage you to lie and do what ever it takes to reach the person in charge of "IT purchasing" to sell. Unless, you're willing to trade in your soul, I advise you to run for the hills.

      Pros

      Very Interesting environment with some of the most entertaining/encouraging co-workers. Seems everyone gets a moderately different experience when entering SHI. Territories are assigned to individuals randomly after you complete training. The territories correlated to income potential vary greatly. It's a lot of work(years), but can be very rewarding.

      Cons

      It can also be quite a frustration when luck and persistent pay off; only to be rewarded with an error not previously percieved. The back-end/systems of this company really need an upgrade. Feels like luck is more of the name of the game here. No real competitive differentiators.
