      SHI cares about their employees. Also is always creating new and innovative ways to do business.

      Cons

      So many new changes in the past few years that it's become hard to keep track of who does what.

      Learn a ton about technology and all the different services that are available to companies. Ability to earn a love of money.

      Cons

      Market saturation. Lack of clear direction from managers due to rapid growth and ever-changing goals.

      Flexibility and earning potential and the opportunity to develop a roster of clients in a local market. Long leash, and the autonomy to succeed. Transparent quotas, and the ability to be setup for long term success.

      Cons

      Market is saturated, and there is loads of rep turnover. Go to market strategy is simplistic, and does not resonate with customers. Too much emphasis on metrics versus actual selling. Very young and green leadership team, with not a lot of selling experience.
