      Pros

      solid benefits and the company is growing rapidly. The pros are that the company is doing very well due to low payroll causing high turnover.

      Cons

      Not challenging. Inability to adapt by a few hold back many. Lack of leadership, direction, and motivation. Sales is the backbone of the company, so accounting is unrecognized, unless of course there is an issue. Nowhere to grow in accounting.

      Pros

      Company is stable and seems to be growing You don't need much experience to get a job Easy going workplace environment Upper management seems pretty lenient Great Amenities

      Cons

      The job is EXTREMELY boring! Make sure that if you are applying for this position you are 100% an introvert. If you like sitting at a desk all day doing basically nothing than this is for you. I've never been so bored in my life and I wouldn't consider myself an introvert or extrovert. Requires zero movement and you will stare at a screen r 8 hours straight. Not a great salary (30k) A lot of older people

      Pros

      No caps on earnings and great sales support. Earnings can be great with the right territory and accounts.

      Cons

      Company culture of providing straight commission sales reps autonomy is gone. New layers of management, added administrative duties and the creation of the Corp Sales Division have caused a lot of confusion, disappointment and diminished what made the company special and unique. Sales management titles are now being given to some individuals who have very little sales skills let alone sales management skills.
