      Overtime is insane 25-40 hours per week every week. Extremely dirty and loud environment

      Pros

      Several employees that have been with the company for 20+ years to draw experience from.

      Cons

      The staff is a revolving door with constant change. The training period is short and leaves newer employees to sink or swim. Very dirty environment, even some of the offices.
