      Management allows individuals with little or no experience influence their decisions. Michael Lipscomb isn't the CEO anymore

      Thank you for your response. We do try to maintain a positive atmosphere and an excellent compensation package. Often there are opportunities for overtime that many of our employees enjoy.

      Pros

      Great place to grow and strengthen your career. Management treats employees accordingly and recognizes efforts. I enjoy coming to work everyday. The company has great core values that are upheld.

      Cons

      A forge shop like any forge shop can be overwhelming if you’re not use to it.
