      Pros

      Autonomy, people that care, interesting manufacturing process, impactful and meaningful work, close to highway - easy to get to, management that cares

      Cons

      The company is great to work for but if I had to list a con I would say the volume of work one is tasked with.

      Pros

      Most people on the floor are good people , fair wages good benefits..

      Cons

      MAJOR lack of experience at the supervisor level , a few of the union guys are super lazy and bring down everyone else, and when confronted about it, they scream racism.

      Pros

      Good people who care about their jobs and what they are doing. Not much room for advancement unless you change departments. Health benefits are very good.

      Cons

      Lots of management turnover which leaves a lot of inexperienced people running departments.
