      No clear objectives and lack of direction

      Good commute. No traffic. They are flexible with PTO

      Cons

      I worked at their office in Orange, CA at Quality Aluminum Forge which is owned by SIFCO. I was surprised at how disorganized, unprofessional and unstructured it was. No clear and formal training in place or guidelines. They expect a lot from you as a new employee but you have to figure out everything on your own.
