      I agree with your advice to hire effectively! The current labor market has been challenging for all employers, and we're no exception. We're working hard to get the right people on board to support our goals and our culture, which counts on all departments working together.

      Tremendous growth opportunity. There was so much work to do you could pick and choose how to spend your day. Workers were paid well, good working relationships with most people.
