Good hours, great pay, always had access to office supplies needed for the job
Cons
Nepotism, Middle management was not qualified, middle management treated several employees poorly, I overheard the middle management talking about an employee "personally" with another employee, They expected us to do our job effectively however gave training to only a select few, it was almost like being set up for failure.
