Supervisors are very condescending and won't listen to Leads or other people if the lines go RED... all they care about is the numbers and will yell at the leads even if it's out of their control

The only thing they care about is the sandwich and getting it done---workers and leaders work 6-7 days a week without time off. When you try to use your built up PTO you can't because they care only about the sandwich---during COVID if you got sick you were required not to come in, but if your PTO was out you got points some people were even fired during this time because of this----people are either leaving in the middle of their shifts and/or not coming back the next day---no wonder it's freezing and you're never trained to do anything just thrown on the line, people talk about you in front of you and behind your back and when you complain you are made to think it's your fault--they promised me and several others different raises and promotions that never happened--they lied to us---annual reviews I was told by a leader an employee nor leaders could get any higher than a 3 and they are required to say at least 3 things that you do wrong guaranteeing that you'll never get a good raise---leads are required to work long hours and aren't getting worst pay than the line workers.
