Lots of after hours weekend work. Unclear career development, based on favoritism and lowish pay

Pretty good hourly wage and certain members in management are great to work with.

Cons

Lack of communication with associates and within management A lot of rules and policies get changed and added without warning. They promised to give schedules two weeks in advance but we get it usually 4-6 days advance so it’s hard to plan around your work schedule. Closing shifts don’t end until 11pm at night which I believe is a safety hazard for their staff.
