      -Its a very big workplace, so it can feel a little isolating -Change is hard because of the size of SLAC

We highly recommend connecting with colleagues through our Employee Resource Groups and through Slack channels - these provide many opportunities to meet with people around similar interests, attend events, and volunteer in outreach.

      Pros

      Worked in LCLS. Very respectful and relaxed working environment. Feedback was good. Very good and in depth onboarding and training.

      Cons

      Documentation was lacking. But mentor's and other employees' enthusiastic guidance made up for this.
