      Pros

      Low pressure on performance, good place to work if you’re a loser. Stanford benefits and access. You can work another job at the same time as being a full time employee here. You’re going to have to just to eat.

      Cons

      No real incentives for achievement, pay is too low to survive in the Bay Area. You literally never get a raise. Management is all Silicon Valley rejects and lifers from other government sectors.
