      Remains a world-wide unique facility. Scientifically extremely interesting to work at.

      Cons

      Salary structure intransparent and unbalanced. Work life balance challenging due to shift work. Unclear career growth trajectories. Middle management in part dysfunctional.

      Interesting Science, Terrible Management

      Pros

      work can be very interesting, the science being done is very cool.

      Cons

      out of touch lab director, difficulties funding and poor relationship with government, funding drives a me vs you culture between different departments and teams, underpaid for the area, and poor communication from management.
